Emma Watson Records Poetry for Valentine’s Day “Love App”

Telegraph - Emma Watson, the Harry Potter actress, has recorded a series of romantic poems for a phone app of Allie Esiri’s The Love Book which will be released on February 14.

As Emma Watson’s romance with her rugby player boyfriend Matthew Janney goes into extra time, Mandrake hears the Harry Potter actress has the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for him.

Emma has recorded a series of romantic poems for an audio edition of Allie Esiri’s The Love Book which will be released on February 14. “Her people got in touch with me,” Esiri whispers at the launch at Daunt Books, Marylebone. “They told me she had fallen in love with the app and could she come and read some poems?“

Watson even recited some of her personal favourites for the new phone app. “She brought in some of the ones she really loved,” she adds. “She was so sweet.“

Emma Watson reads three poetries on this app : The Invitation by Oriah,  The Guesthouse by Rumi and The Orange by Wendy Cope. She participated in this along with Helena Bonham Carter, Tom Hiddleston, Damian Lewis, Gina Bellman and Helen McCrory, who reads on The Love Book app.
